Welcome to Radford Semele Community Hall & PavilionRadford Semele Community Hall is managed and run by a small enthusiastic team of passionate volunteers who work to make the Community Hall a welcoming and safe place to use by the residents of Radford Semele and the local neighbourhood.
The main hall is available to book to use for a variety of functions and activities subject to agreement with the Community Hall Management Committee.
If you would like to reserve time in the hall for an event, or multiple events, then visit our booking link below to view the booking calendar to check the availability of the hall and using the links there to submit your booking request.
Please note your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation of booking from us.
Depending on the event/activity, we may require a housekeeping deposit to confirm the booking, which will either be refunded post booking or deduced from the final invoice.
During your booking process, you will be invited to register as a customer with us, this will ease time making any further bookings, but also facilitates a faster refund of deposits where appropriate.
The Community Hall Management Committee requests you to note the following:-Maximum occupancy within the Hall is limited to 120 people theatre style or 80 at tables.
Hire Charges - Rates for hiring the hall 1st January 2023.One off bookings: £20 per hour.
Regular bookings (subject to agreement with the Community Hall):
- Village residents: £15 per hour
- Non-village residents: £18 per hour.
(Extra charges may be requested at the time of booking for some functions).
The Hall equipment includes a large projection screen, Epson projector and audio system these can be hired for a small additional cost.
The Hall has an outside patio area which is available for use.
The Hall is available for both regular and single bookings.
New enquires are always welcome.
Bouncy castles, trampolines and other equipment carrying risk of injury, are not permitted within the Hall or on its surrounding land.Toilet facilities for Hall users are accessed from within the Hall.
Parking facilities exist for up to thirty cars but are shared with the Sports and Social Club.
Please note, under our license, all events must end by 11:00pm, music must not be played after this time and we ask you to be considerate to the local neighbours around the vicinity of the Community Hall.Click here for further information

The information you do supply is held within the secure Hallmaster system and will only be used in connection of your Community Hall booking. It will not be shared with any other parties for marketing or other sales purposes.
The Community Hall is a Registered Charity - No 522985.
It is run by a management committee which gains its authority under a 999 year lease, originally approved by the Parish Council.
The management committee holds its meeting monthly in the Community Hall on the last Tuesday of each month at 7-00pm, except in August and December.
