Potholes in the road while uncomfortable to hit in a vehicle can be dangerous and potentially cause damage and even injury.

If you see a pothole, please report it to Warwickshire County Council using their report it website page report a pothole, with an interactive map to mark the precise location.

Important

If there is a risk to life, call 999 immediately.

If you believe the issue is dangerous, please contact Warwickshire County Council's Customer Service Centre on 01926 412515 between 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 4.30pm Friday.

Outside of these hours, please report it to the local police.

Response Times
WCC will aim to inspect reported potholes within five working days and a repair will be planned as set out in our Highway Safety Inspection Manual (PDF, 2.34 MB). WWC will prioritise repairing potholes that they deem to be a danger to the public.

Please provide as much information as possible, the more information they have the easier it will be to find and repair.

Alternatively contact our own County Councillor Cllr Redford cllrredford@warwickshire.gov.uk directly as he will ensure it will go to the right place to be actioned.
